another iconic logo would be the android logo. it was created by a designed by Irina Blok, a google employee. in 2007 she created this little robot icon that she and her team made an open icon for anyone to use. Android ended up taking it on and alas it became the well known logo we see today. as it was an open icon, this logo doesn’t really have any deeper meaning, unlike many other logos however the specific android logo is coloured in “Android green” which is supposed to connote an idea of progress.

the most up to date Amazon logo was crated by a man called Turner Duckworth in 2012. the logo for Amazon is very clever and interesting when you look deeper into it. there are two hidden aspects in it that help promote the company, the first one being the most commonly seen ‘smiley face’. this gives people the idea that the company are friendly and trustworthy, making people want to use them as a buying source. the other small hidden aspect is slightly less known however arguabley easier to spot. if you look at the placing of the arrow within the logo typography you will find it starts are the ‘A’ and finishes at the ‘z’. this implies that Amazon have a very wide range of produce being sold on thier website; items ranging from A all the way to Z.
